Regional Organization
Valley Vision is a nonprofit association of people and organizations working to secure the social, environmental and economic health of the Sacramento Region. Founded in 1994, we are an objective, nonpartisan “action tank” committed to regional problem-solving as well as impartial research for sound decision-making, acting as a bridge, uniting neighbors and organizations that together can make a real difference in our communities.
Promising Practices
With Valley Vision acting as the neutral convening organization, in collaboration with the Sacramento Metro Chamber, SACTO, and SARTA, the Next Economy Capital Region Prosperity Plan is a broad-based public-private partnership led by area business leaders to create effective strategies and joint action over the next 12 months to drive new job creation, investment, and innovation.
